Who should attend?

iQ Training courses are designed for managers, staff, and professionals who wish to develop new skills in critical topics affecting business today. Whether you are new to an industry or a seasoned professional in an ever-evolving business environment, iQ Training has the courses that you need.

How do I register for a course?

Online registration is easy: visit our course schedule and search for the training you are looking for. Registration can be done within the course description page, or right from it’s initial listing!

You can register and reserve your seat in class by registering online with credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), a check, or money order for the appropriate amount to:

How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on the course type, as well as the delivery method of training. The fee is listed for each course in the Course Schedule and includes the instructor fee, cost of instructional materials, and for classroom courses, refreshments and lunch breaks.

What does a class session look like at-a-glance?

iQ.Network: Classroom courses are scheduled to commence at 8:00 a.m. and end at approximately 4:00 p.m. each day. iQ Training will provide a complimentary lunch as well as refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks. Dress is casual; smoking is not allowed in the classroom.

iQ.Virtual: Virtual training has three (3), six (6), and eight (8) week courses. There is flexibility to complete activities after work, during designated study times, or on weekends. During the course of the training, modules are released weekly for completion.

iQ.On-site. On-site instruction is flexible. You will work with iQ Training staff to schedule a date and daily timeframe that works best for your organization. There must be a minimum of three (3) attendees to hold on-site training.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Classroom and Virtual Training Courses:

Courses are unconfirmed until a minimum number of attendees are met. You will receive notification of status of the course approximately one month prior to the course start date.

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date, all monies paid will be returned. For cancellations within 30 days of the course start date, a training credit will be offered for another course. You may also send another representative from your company in your place if you are not able to attend. Refunds cannot be issued within the 30 day start window; unless cancellation is initiated by iQ Training. Courses are unconfirmed until a minimum number of attendees are met. On-site Training Courses:
For cancellations made by the attendee, iQ Training will retain the 50% deposit received and bill for travel cancellation expenses incurred. If a course must be cancelled by iQ Training for any reason, the customer may elect to receive a full refund or credit toward attendance at another course.
